It’s that time of year again when players who’ve reached the end of their minor league contracts hit free agency, either after six full years in an organization or at the conclusion of individual short-term deals. For Seattle, that exodus is particularly steep.

Among the group, Michael Fulmer stands out as the most accomplished, with both prospect pedigree and big-league experience that should earn him another opportunity soon. Jacob Nottingham, once a highly regarded catching prospect, also remains a name to watch. Meanwhile, Cade Marlowe and Jesse Hahn could find their way back to the majors with the right opportunity.
