The Philadelphia Eagles have signed undrafted rookie wide receiver, per the NFL’s official transaction report.
He went unselected in the 2025 NFL Draft after spending two seasons at Sam Houston State. Over 16 games, he recorded 37 catches for 345 yards (averaging 9.3 yards per reception) and one touchdown. He also rushed nine times for 76 yards (8.4 yards per carry) and a score, while contributing as a punt returner with 63 yards on 10 returns (6.3-yard average).
The Eagles had previously invited Adeyi to their rookie minicamp for a tryout. While he’s considered a long shot to make the final roster, the team is giving the undersized but speedy receiver an opportunity to prove himself.
Adeyi posted an impressive unofficial Relative Athletic Score (RAS) of 9.58 out of 10, ranking 149th among 3,522 wide receivers tested from 1987 to 2025.
Philadelphia had a vacant roster spot after trading Bryce Huff to the 49ers and now lists 91 players under contract—this includes international exemption Laekin Vakalahi, who does not count against the 90-man offseason limit.
