Just In: Miami Dolphins Star Tyreek Hill Drops Strong Three Words Message To Bills Defense

At one time,  top star was a constant headache for the Buffalo Bills. While his regular-season performances against Buffalo as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs were relatively modest, he made his presence felt in the postseason with two standout games that helped propel the Chiefs past the Bills.

Things changed dramatically once Hill was traded to the Miami Dolphins. Since making the move, the explosive receiver has struggled to make a significant impact against Buffalo. In six regular-season matchups, Hill and the Dolphins are just 1-5, with Hill recording 28 receptions for 346 yards and two touchdowns during that stretch. He’s also winless in the postseason against Buffalo as a Dolphin, tallying 69 yards on seven catches in a 2023 Wild Card loss.

When asked why Buffalo’s defense has been so effective at neutralizing him, Hill didn’t hold back. During a recent appearance at Fanatics Fan Fest, he took a jab at the Bills, attributing his lack of success to their frequent use of Cover 4. “Whenever we play the Bills, those guys typically play Cover 4 because they’re a bunch of bitches,” Hill said. Cover 4 involves four deep defenders, effectively limiting big plays downfield — exactly the kind of damage Hill is known for.

Despite the bold talk, the numbers tell the story: Buffalo’s defensive strategy has worked. Hill was expected to be the game-changer Miami needed to claim the AFC East and make playoff noise. Yet, after three seasons, the Dolphins have neither a division title nor a playoff win to show for it. The inability of Hill and Miami’s offense to adapt against the Bills may be one of the key reasons why.
