According to MLB insider Francys Romero, the Phillies are currently leading the race to sign another highly ranked star, the youngest brother of super star. “The Philadelphia Phillies are the favorites to sign Venezuelan shortstop for around $3 million when the next international signing window opens on January 15, 2028,” Romero reported on X, adding that more than 20 MLB teams have expressed interest.
