Breaking: Cooper Flagg Featured in Big Duke Announcement

Duke sensational new signing  played a key role in leading Duke to an impressive 35–4 record and a trip to the Final Four, capping a dominant season for the Blue Devils.

Alongside fellow freshman Kon Knueppel, he helped Duke capture the ACC Tournament title, earning them a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. The Blue Devils went on to defeat Alabama, Arizona, Baylor, and Mount St. Mary’s in their tournament run.

Now projected as the consensus No. 1 overall pick, Flagg is poised to become the cornerstone of an NBA franchise.

Before turning his attention to the NBA Draft, Duke highlighted he’s academic success by featuring him in their academic honors announcement.

Flagg was one of seven players named to the 2024–25 All-ACC Academic Team, joined by Knueppel, Sion James, Caleb Foster, Tyrese Proctor, Khaman Maluach, and Mason Gillis.

“Got 7 on the All-ACC Academic Team this year,” the Duke Blue Devils proudly shared in an official post.
