Breaking News: Done Deal!! Eagles Officially Lands Huge Deal For Another Top Experienced Offensive Tackle

The Eagles began their Organized Team Activities (OTAs) while continuing to finalize contracts with their incoming rookies.

Top star, selected in the sixth round, became the latest to sign his four-year rookie deal. Drafted 207th overall in 2025, the offensive tackle is already making a strong impression.

Veteran and team captain Jordan Mailata praised the rookie class, especially the offensive line group.
“I really like this group of rookies—particularly the O-line guys,” said the All-Pro left tackle. “They bring great effort. I told Myles (Hinton), Cameron, and Drew (Kendall), ‘I don’t care if you’re coming for my job. If you’re better, so be it—but I’m going to make it incredibly tough for you to surpass me.'”

Top star, standing 6-foot-6 and weighing 317 pounds, started 15 games at right tackle for Texas in 2024, helping the Longhorns reach the College Football Playoff semifinals. Their offensive line was a finalist for the Joe Moore Award, recognizing the nation’s top unit.

Eagles sign Cameron Williams

A native of Duncanville, Texas, Williams was a Top 10 offensive tackle and ranked among the top 100 overall recruits nationally coming out of high school. He declared for the draft following his junior season at just 21 years old.

In 37 college games, including 16 starts, he surrendered only six sacks over 612 pass-blocking snaps.
