Breaking News: Michigan State Lands Intriguing Commitment For Another Power Talented Rush End Over Top Contenders

You might expect Jonathan Smith and the Michigan State football staff to take a breather following spring practices, but instead, they’ve been actively working the transfer portal.

Although the Spartans have seen some key departures — including Jaylan Brown, Dillon Tatum, and James Schott — they’ve also been adding talent. Michigan State bolstered its roster with the commitment of Georgia State defensive end.

According to 247Sports’ Justin Thind, a former Miami edge rusher — chose the Spartans over offers from Purdue and Kansas. He brings solid experience from the Group of Five level, having previously played two seasons at Troy before spending 2023 at Jacksonville State, where he logged 17 tackles, two for loss, and a sack.
