With less than a week to go until the NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills still have key areas on their roster that need to be addressed if they hope to make a serious Super Bowl push. As the countdown continues, top analysts are releasing full seven-round mock drafts—many featuring trades. The Bills enter the draft with 10 picks, giving them plenty of flexibility to make moves.
In his latest seven-round mock draft, NFL.com analyst Chad Reuter projects the Bills trading up from No. 30 to No. 24, sending both of their fourth-round picks to Minnesota in the process. With the higher selection, Reuter has Buffalo taking Marshall edge rusher as a potential long-term replacement for Von Miller.
“Buffalo has already bolstered its pass rush this offseason by signing Joey Bosa and Mike Hoecht and extending Gregory Rousseau,” Reuter noted. “But with Bosa’s injury history, Hoecht facing a six-game suspension, and A.J. Epenesa in a contract year, the team still lacks a true hybrid pass rusher in Miller’s mold. Green fits that need perfectly.”
Green led the nation in sacks in 2024 with 17 and earned second-team All-American honors for his efforts. Following the trade, the Bills would have eight picks remaining, and Reuter has them using their sixth-rounder on Green’s Marshall teammate, safety JJ Roberts.
Here’s how the rest of Reuter’s Bills mock plays out:
- Round 2, Pick 56: Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State
- Round 2, Pick 62: Savion Williams, WR, TCU
- Round 5, Pick 169: Zy Alexander, CB, LSU
- Round 5, Pick 170: Connor Colby, OG, Iowa
- Round 5, Pick 173: Shaun Dolac, LB, Buffalo
- Round 6, Pick 177: JJ Roberts, S, Marshall
- Round 6, Pick 206: Chase Lundt, OT, Connecticut
With strategic moves and a strong draft class, the Bills could address both short-term needs and long-term depth, keeping their Super Bowl hopes alive and well.
