Huge Boost: Kings Officially Completes Major Deal For a Top Versatile Guard In Blockbuster

The Kings are set to sign Spanish guard, according to Jake Fischer of The Stein Line, who reports that top prospect will have the opportunity to compete for a two-way contract.

James Ham of The Kings Beat confirms (via Twitter) that top star, who went undrafted, will sign a non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contract with Sacramento ahead of training camp.

He was ranked No. 74 on ESPN’s draft board and No. 91 on Sam Vecenie’s list for The Athletic going into the draft.

This past season, he played for the Rip City Remix — Portland’s G League affiliate — where he appeared in 40 games, averaging 5.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 2.1 steals in 21.1 minutes per contest. He earned a spot on the G League All-Defensive Team and finished third in Defensive Player of the Year voting.

Isaac Nogues, elegido en el Draft Internacional de la G-League

Standing 6’5″ with a 6’10” wingspan, Nogues has the physical tools for the point guard position. ESPN’s Jonathan Givony describes him as a relentless defender who impacts various facets of the game. However, offense is not his strength — the 21-year-old averaged just 2.5 points per game while shooting .474 from the field, .316 from three-point range, and .542 from the free-throw line.

If Nogues is waived before the 2025–26 season and then spends at least 60 days with Sacramento’s G League affiliate in Stockton, he could earn a bonus of up to $85,000. As Fischer notes, Exhibit 10 contracts can be converted into two-way deals.
