Happy Saturday, Husky fans! Washington has added serious talent at linebacker with the commitments of 3-star brothers Justin and Ethan Coach from St. John Bosco High School in California. The Huskies secured the brothers over offers from programs including Michigan, Arizona, and Arizona State.
Both players stand at least 6’2” and weigh around 205 pounds, giving Washington the length and athleticism it has been targeting at linebacker. According to 247Sports, Justin is ranked as the No. 46 linebacker nationally, while Ethan sits just ahead at No. 44. The siblings were highly sought-after, forming key pieces of Bosco’s stout defense. Last season, Justin recorded 36 tackles and 2 tackles for loss, while Ethan posted 17 tackles and 2 TFLs — impressive numbers considering Bosco frequently rotates its defensive personnel.
Justin and Ethan announced their commitment via social media, sharing their excitement about joining the University of Washington together.
With these pledges, the Huskies now boast six commitments in the 2027 class, which ranks as the 12th-best class nationally. The program continues to find success in attracting talent from St. John Bosco, and the Coach brothers are expected to make an immediate impact for Washington’s defense.
