Just In: Eagles Confirms Good News ahead Of Packers Game

The Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers are set to square off under the bright lights of Monday Night Football to close out Week 10 — a marquee NFC matchup with major playoff implications. While the Packers are battling some internal issues, including ongoing concerns about their kicking game, the Eagles appear to be trending in the opposite direction as they get healthier at just the right time.

According to John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia, both A.J. Brown and Saquon Barkley were back on the practice field Thursday, a huge boost for the Eagles’ offense heading into this primetime clash.

Eagles’ Star Duo Returns to Practice

Philadelphia is fresh off a bye week, and the extra rest seems to have paid off. Brown missed Week 8 with a hamstring injury, while Barkley exited the team’s previous game with a groin issue. Now, both of the Eagles’ biggest offensive weapons are trending toward suiting up against Green Bay — bad news for a Packers defense already reeling from an embarrassing loss to the Carolina Panthers as double-digit favorites.

A Revenge Game for Green Bay

This matchup carries a little extra spice for the Packers, who were beaten twice by the Eagles last season — including a crushing Wild Card loss that ended their playoff run. Green Bay will be looking to return the favor on their home turf at Lambeau Field.

The final injury report later this week will determine whether Brown and Barkley are officially cleared to play, but Thursday’s practice participation is a strong sign they’ll both be in action. If so, the Packers will face a fully loaded Philadelphia offense firing on all cylinders.

Still, Green Bay knows what’s at stake. To prove themselves as legitimate contenders, defending Lambeau Field is non-negotiable. They’ve done it well so far, posting a 3–1 home record this season. But all of that means nothing if they can’t handle business against the Eagles on Monday night — and with Brown and Barkley likely returning, that challenge just got a whole lot tougher.
