Josh Allen appears to be entering a new chapter in his personal life, as he’s listed his $8.5 million bachelor pad in Dana Point, California for sale—just over a month after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld.
The Buffalo Bills quarterback and the True Grit star recently tied the knot in Montecito, California, roughly three hours north of Allen’s current four-bedroom, three-bathroom coastal home. According to Realtor.com, Allen purchased the property in 2023 for $7.2 million and has spent much of the recent offseason living there.
The 2,808-square-foot house, now on the market for four days, is located in a secure, guard-gated community with access to a private beach club and proximity to luxury resorts like The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.
Originally built in 1962, the home has been modernized with features like a new presidential roof and is described in the listing as move-in ready, with potential for future renovations or expansion.

“Josh’s life has evolved, and the home no longer fits his needs,” said his real estate broker, Andy Stavros of Douglas Elliman, in a statement to the Daily Mail.
Allen also owns a custom-built mansion in Orchard Park, New York, constructed on land he purchased for $500,000—his base during the NFL season.
The Dana Point residence features an open floor plan, a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings and a central fireplace, a formal dining area, and a large kitchen ideal for entertaining. Expansive sliding doors offer seamless indoor-outdoor living, and three of the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with direct outdoor access. The master suite includes a private sitting area and easy entry to the backyard.
Additional features include a two-car attached garage, a dramatic front staircase that splits the yard, a backyard jacuzzi, and an H-shaped layout for added privacy and flow. Mortgage options range from around $58,000 per month on a 15-year term to about $45,000 monthly over 30 years.
Allen’s new offseason base may be in Encino, California, where Steinfeld has resided since 2021 in a $7.98 million home previously owned by rock icon John Fogerty.
