The three-star prospect is currently ranked No. 761 nationally by the 247 Sports Composite, sitting 41st among tight ends and 73rd overall in the state of Florida.

Proctor’s recruitment drew interest from a wide range of programs, with offers from Miami, Florida, Duke, Florida State, Louisville, SMU, Iowa, Missouri, and several others.
