With the NBA Finals tipping off this week, Caleb Wilson is already stepping into the spotlight.

During Finals week, Wilson crossed paths with another legendary figure in North Carolina basketball history and made sure to capture the moment.
Wilson shared a photo alongside James Worthy, the Hall of Famer widely known as “Big Game” and one of the few players in UNC history to have his jersey retired by the program.
Before long, Wilson’s No. 8 jersey will join Worthy’s iconic No. 52 in the rafters of the Dean Smith Center after he became the latest Tar Heel to earn the honors required for jersey recognition at North Carolina.
The photo instantly became a special moment for UNC fans, featuring two standout players who proudly wore the Carolina Blue uniform.
