According to a recent report, MLB insider Jim Bowden of The Athletic identified the Braves as the “best match” for New York Mets right-hander Freddy Peralta if the Braves decide to pursue him in a multi-team trade scenario involving National League East rivals.
Freddy Peralta would immediately become one of the most attractive pitchers available if Mets makes him available. The veteran right-hander has established himself as one of baseball’s more dependable starters, combining swing-and-miss stuff with postseason experience.
