FA just confirmed double Newcastle United signings with announcement

Newcastle United are constantly on the lookout for the greatest young talent they can find.

Dan Ashworth is in charge of recruiting for both the first team and the smaller age groups.

A highly innovative Newcastle United notion that was completely absent throughout Mike Ashley’s decade and a half tenure, namely, building for the future as well as the present.

There has been a steady influx of youthful talent at St James’ Park, but the club does not always make formal announcements; instead, various journalists and social media are frequently the best / only source of information on what Newcastle United has been up to and their notable triumphs.

On Friday, we saw the FA formally confirm two big Newcastle United captures that I am very sure the club had not yet confirmed.

The FA has announced the new England Under 17s squad, with these two bright prospects named as Newcastle United players (see below).

Right-back Leo Shahar is a 16-year-old prospect who was signed by Newcastle United from Wolves.

Trevan Sanusi, another bright attacking potential who has transferred from Birmingham, is also 16 years old and currently plays for Newcastle United. United is competing with a number of teams for his signing, including Liverpool.

Take a look at this compilation of Trevan Sanusi’s talents and action, which was put together eight months ago when he was just 15 years old (he won’t turn 17 until next April). Wow!!! (Perhaps turn down the music; you can’t have it all…)
