Another day has brought yet another recruiting win for the Kansas State football program, as the Wildcats continue to build serious momentum on the trail. K-State added its fifth commitment in just the past week, further highlighting how quickly things are coming together under new head coach Collin Klein.

How Much of A Threat Is Kansas State to Houston Football in 2026?

With the latest pledge secured, Kansas State’s 2027 recruiting class has grown to 15 total commitments, an impressive early total for Klein and his staff. At this stage, the class is ranked No. 31 nationally and No. 4 in the Big 12, according to 247Sports, positioning the Wildcats among the early leaders in the conference.

The newest addition is London Goggans, a 6-foot, 180-pound safety from Loganville, Georgia. Goggans is rated as a three-star prospect and brings versatility and athleticism to the secondary. His recruitment was highly competitive, as he held scholarship offers from a strong group of programs, including Arizona State, Arkansas, Florida State, Indiana, Maryland, Miami, Oklahoma State, Purdue, and several others.

Goggans ultimately committed to Kansas State following a recruiting visit to campus over the weekend, a trip that played a key role in his decision. His pledge continues a rapid surge of commitments for the Wildcats. On Sunday, defensive back Logan Davis, offensive lineman Brayden Harris, and interior blocker Kelvin Eiwo all announced their decisions to join K-State. Defensive back George Murray added to the run with his commitment on Tuesday.

Although Kansas State did lose highly regarded prospect Julian Elzey to Georgia Tech earlier in the week, the overall momentum of the 2027 class remains strong. Commitments are still rolling in, the class continues to climb the rankings, and the Wildcats are clearly building a solid foundation for the future under Klein’s leadership.
